how 1 compare benchmark results against 50 other computers?

ran system, of individual tests not compare @ all.

running p4 processor on msi motherboard 1.5 gb of ram. tried run skype , google talk....but audio came out choppy. @ task manager revealed running out of processor (both programs run @ 100 percent processor utilization, after fresh reboot). so, trying determine whether system has problem or whether it's old , tired.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
