Thread: Roland USB audio interface impossible to make it work

purchased roland duo-capture usb audio interface connect guitar computer own audio production. last step pass through , forget windows , work linux. when plugged roland duo-capture usb port ubuntu recognise without problem:

loaded manually snd-usb-audio , forced reload alsa ubuntu never identify usb audio card.

i've got same problem.
bought duo-capture , gives sound, not usb , ubuntu.
wondering if had found solution.
surely there must way force usb input sound card.
out there know how that?
please help!
