Thread: transparent background in terminal

once again, background in terminals no longer transparent. shows grey-out pattern. other options, images, colors background seem work, when select transparent, nothing.

did have system crash while , recovered xfce desktop (they need work on this, worse explorer, go figure), still remains thing not working.

ideas?

i don't know transparency ground is, other ground sections work me:

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
