Thread: Tweaking icon locations on Gnome 3 panels.

okay, there special maneuver moving icons around on panel? in gnome 2 move icon wherever , lock in place. in gnome 3 whenever move pulls student body right/left/center maneuver , doesn't allow me place "i" want it. movement seems full right, full left or center in between.

seems annoyingly intended, interesting how there no replies

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
