2 creative cloud accounts and maximum activations exceeded

we have 2 creative cloud accounts (enabling use on 4 computers - per conversation adobe rep) , still maximum activations exceeded error , request login every time launching apps... please cannot use ps until rectified.

click on continue button on screen getting massage "maximum activations exceeded" , clicking on continue button enter adobe id , password. deactivate activation previous 2 computer on presently activated.

 

launch software again select license software option activate software. can actiavte upto 2 machines using 1 subscription adobe id.

 

i recommend change password of adobe id.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
