Adding CSS to CQ

hi,

 

i adding new tab in content finder. give own icon added "iconcls": "cq-cft-tab-icon titles"

 

now i  add style-class:

 

    #cq .cq-cft-tab-icon.titles {
        background-image: url("/etc/designs/xxx/images/book.png");
    }

 

but question how add cq? if add static.css css loaded in iframe displaying page. how i  add in parent window?
