Adobe Flashplayer and Ancestry.com

i have windows 7 computer , have subscribed ancestry.com , cannot open the

adobe flashplayer when viewing document.  have reinstalled flash player many

times , not work, please advise.

thank you.

what means "cannot"?  browser use?

 

can see video on login page of website?

 

can see flash animation @ http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
