i lost downloaded copy of acrobat x pro in recent hard drive failure. "my adobe" page lists products have purchased along product keys, download link acrobat x pro has disappeared. theadobe online store policy pages states "you may return online store account resume download, or re-download products 3 years of day of purchase." order confirmation said return "my adobe" re-download product, can see no way because order histrory blank! attempts find way contact customer service have led in merry circles!!! download sites version of acrobat suggested elsewhere adobe community members not seem work. can download copy of acrobat x pro???
