How to Enlarge a logo without losing quality!?

our company has logo 140pixels x 110pixels need make image bigger without losing quality or looking pixelated can use on signs etc. possible on adobe program? please let me know asap.

in principle, logo should created vectors in vector application adobe illustrator, not pixels in photoshop. 

 

enlarging bitmapped 140 x 110 pixels make cr@p.

 

re-create logo scratch in illustrator.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
