My audio is severely out of sync

i have strangest problem video, recorded footage of new neverwinter game using recording feature on "open broadcaster software" since it's lot less intensive use fraps, records in mp4 , before yes, i've searched forums i've spent last 3/4 hours trying pretty every "soluation" out there problems similar mine

 

so i've recorded footage, on vlc or wmp it's fine , in sync, import cs6 , starts out fine syncs out around 15 secounds....the duration both video , sound same video , audio not speed out or slowed down, , reducing speed @ video played doesn't anything, may catch in 1 area i'll 15 seconds behinds in area.

what, exactly, inside mp4 wrapper?
