Photoshop elements wont install

i keep getting error message saying check available space , write permissions in destination folder. have 306gb available. temp file has been emptied , have had installed long ago. help!

 

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

photoshop elements 9.0

you may not have correct permissions on temp folder or similar. refer this:

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
