Question about left to right swiping between articles

(i new adobe dps, apologize in advance if question makes me sound complete newbie)

 

i working on folio 2 articles. want second article accessable when user taps button on page link second article. got button functionality work, no matter page user on, when swipe left second article shown. there way prevent this?

 

also building in cs6 work on android tablet (a samsung galaxy), if makes difference.

there's no supported way block swiping between articles.
