Review/Comment Problem

when send pdf comment, gets document , puts comments onto it. clicks send button. when this, email address shows on address line instead of mine. can change when , sends me, copy , gets copy sent him.

 

1) there anyway senders email address show when reviewer goes send document??

 

2) there way stop review getting copy after sends me?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
