Screen Reader Tech responsiveness in Adobe Pro vs. Adobe Reader

i created custom form using livecycle es2. testing usability of form in conjunction screen reader technology (specifically nvda) in adobe professional 9 , adobe reader x. text fields read aloud screen reader while using adobe pro, not read aloud while viewing form in adobe reader. there specific solution/adjustment/edit solve problem, or limitation using adobe reader screen reader technology?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
