Thread: How do I make more workspaces?

i have ubuntu 11.04 unity.

workspaces set default of 4 want 6. how add 2?

tried right clicking nothing happens.

want add more not use compiz it.

there way?

if remember correctly, think can change using gconf-editor, available in repos. there should section in there devoted workspaces. memory's bit hazy on specifics, though. hope helps!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
