i installed repository have trouble getting work. im getting errors during updates , rid of it.

need ubuntu dummies or haha.

how rid of "handbrake" can removed updating.

, e:some index files failed download. have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

open synaptic package manager, click on settings>repositories>other software tab.
highlight handbrake repos , click remove.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
