hey, i'm in process of building ubuntu media server. using desktop edition of ubuntu 11.10 i'm not cli interface on linux. want achieve following:

pc1 - ubuntu server - stream media content windows pc , ps3. setting raid1 on 2x1tb drives raw photos wife photography. have 2x2tb drives contain music/movies , tv series.

best home server fulfill requirements, should go amahi has ps3 streaming built in. otherwise go ps3 media server along application stream windows box or samba suffice?

i don't mean hijack thread just_cruising, i'd interested in too. want stream videos , photos tv connected home network.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
