Thread: package google-talkplugin needs to be reinstalled ?

hi,
package manager has gone thing wrong google-talkplugin.. when try install app prompted below message..

reading package lists... done
building dependency tree
reading state information... done
e: package google-talkplugin needs reinstalled, can't find archive it.

please suggest me place google-talkplugin package manually.. not able install or remove application because of error.. please me..

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
