i have ubuntu server installed lamp installed. can check localhost , default site, "it works" comes up. have build web site site builder , need know directory upload files to. have setup vsftpd , can ftp computer when choose /var/www error:unable find web folder on server; no right upload files! have give -r 777 www directory doing wrong? put files?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
