Customers creating personalized images

if use dreamweaver, there feature allow visitors select images (that provide) side bar to, example, drag , drop image of car, onto background image (a road), add text it, making personalized them save , print out.

there no standard feature within dw although can use dw program function.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
