Edit in protected pdf file

hi,

 

asked before, can't update on due technical issue...i told make security none , give password if prompted.

 

i receiving pdf file not able edit, though editing feature there in version (9.0) , able edit normal pdf file. 1 not able edit protected editing. how able make changes in that. not owner of file. , password not known or lost. solution now.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
