FlashPlayerPlugin.11.7.700.169 near max CPU usage

i've read on past years of how many of experiencing major problems flashplayer and/or flashplayer plug-ins, , on years have never seen real solutions, why's that?

 

i'm using firefox 19.0 flashplayerplugin_11_7_700_169 , i've been testing out various "fixes" have read on years , none works, , none of feedback given users ever goes beyond bog standrad drone responses of "disable plugins don't need blah blah blah" "make sure you're using up-to-date browser , flashplayer etc etc etc blah blah , more blah", rather saying "there has we've screwed since many users complaining now, lets try find out what's wrong , if can fix it",

not make worse every damn update!!!!! (yes i'm using many exclamation marks!!!!)

 

my system:

acer/aspire 5551 (laptop/board)

athlon ii p320 dual core @2.10ghz

3gb ddr3 @1066mhz

hd4250 @256mb

windows 7 hp 64bit

firefox 19.0 ghostery, noscript , flashblock installed, , before give me drone script response, have tested browser wise, have uninstalled , removed regkeys of firefox, started fresh , tested, same results high cpu usuage, added 1 thing @ time, same result each time, high cpu usuage, doesn't matter/make difference, flashplayer , damn plug-iins cause same problem each time.

 

i tried memoryfox... know, had try new, , so, didn't damn thing high cpu usage!!

 

 

i know laptop not latest , greatest best chip , gfx card, but, telling with  best of best chips , gfx cards saying same thing i'm saying here now, flashplayer busted , causing our cpu's go ape sh*t!!!!!!

 

i have stripped win7 os down near bare-bones getting rid of excess junk microsoft couldn't bothered rid of , more, tweaked services i'm not running 100+ processes , services, i'm running ~32 on start-up , using ~650mb of ram, think i've done ok far getting rid of crap , filth floating around in os. got rid of bloatware comes standrard store bought craptops, junk think need , should have "cuz it's trendy n junk". when i'm using firefox watch video in hd , flashplayer required, shouldn't require near maximum of cpu,

not civilization 5 on settings uses f*king cpu

 

i have stripped laptop cleaned out fan, put new thermal paste on (arctic silver) , got temps down quite bit laptop, previous temps ~56c average on idle not long after after boot-up, down ~47-50c on load playing game listening radio in backround,, play 1 video in youtube no other applications running, damn flashplayer goes nuts again , risies 50's , 60's celcuis, has have cpu self doesn't it.

 

 

if there alternatives if didn't provide results when watching videos on youtube managed use reasonable amount of resources, i'd ditch flashplayer right now, appears rest of stuck,,, now.

 

 

please fix crap now, millions of users complaining this, cannot wrong, there problem not issue< getting worse each update looks of it, sort sh*t out guys, no more fu**ing around, fix sh*t.

 

 

ps, sorry spelling/grammar mistakes, have rant , i'm not edumacatedness anyway.
