Forms fillable fields / Alternate Layout

i created generic form (using "custom" page size - 8.27x11) , included interactive fillable fields.  when exported pdf , tested fillable form, fields worked , in order placed /arranged them using "tab order".

 

i choose "alternate layout" - a4, exported pdf again, time of fields became out of order.  went , cheked "custom" form (just sure) , ok.

 

any on this?

it sounds bug. both of features new in cs6. no 1 tested them together. you'll have separate layouts separate documents.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
