Good, Quiet Build for a student

i'm young enthusiastic student going go film school etc. @ moment have 7d , wanting make videos etc. laptop @ moment makes impossible produce video without there being ridiculously long render times , lag. wanting build nice pc use on programs premiere pro, after effects, da vinci resolve, red giant software etc. want computer can handle little fuss, want keep around $2000 , i'm going half parents these specs enough?? please note student gets projects every , again use dslr footage , love vfx etc. @ moment i'm student wants editing machine, think specs below overkill , love make spec sheet 3770k , same case

i thinking pc above whipped , around $2500 , think absolutely amazing, on kill me. i'm rather amateur love photography , videography , improve on time. have no clue if overkill , if should downgrade etc. please suggest amazing beginner thats around $2000 dollars system thats downgraded 3770k etc. want last me while , queiet , fast please suggest hard drive array efficient etc. more detail better sorry many questions answers apreciated. system below different alternative think suit me better still love advice on hard-drive array etc. , if psu choice or there cheaper alternative quiet?

i'm not in hurry buy best bet wait 4th gen intel processor??

given mention resolve, red giant , dslr material, there no doubt first machine, i7-3930k better 1 more expansion options in future less costly i7-3770k. 2 cores , bigger l3 cache make quite difference resolve , red giant. additionally 1155 socket precludes use of raid controller card, unless accept 10-15% performance penalty of video card. both machines fast , quiet, i7-3930k faster , more future-proof machine.
