Hotspot Tool Not Working

hi,

 

i purchased adobe cloud version , while working in dreamweaver hotspot tools not draw rectangle or other shape.. second place onto draft, acts curser. please advise?

#1 hotspot tools won't work on background-images.  image maps must in foreground -- inserted directly html code.

 

#2 image maps don't work when placed inside apdivs or layers.  best results, not use css positioning in primary layouts.  use css floats, margins & padding align elements desired.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
