How do I place a remote url in the table of contents?

hi,

 

we customizing icons our webhelp output, , in doing discovered option customize icon remote url. can found navigating skin editor:

 

webhelp skin editor/navigation/remote url

 

changing icon easy. can't figure out how place such remote url appears in book hierarchy , table of contents? tried placing in html files in project manager pod, don't see option accomplish way.

 

coudl please share how accomplished?

if open toc pod, there should button adding new toc page. in dialog box displays, should able set url rather project topic.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
