How to speed up render to h.264 in CS6? Adobe QT32 Server.exe causes long delay

(before "don't use ae render h.264; use ame!" – i'd love to, ame isn't controllable command line / batch files way aerender.exe is)

when try render brain dead simple composition (30 seconds, black background word "dummy" centered), aerender takes 4 minutes complete. windows server 2012 box 32 cpus (16 cores+16 ht), ~60gb of memory , believe it's on 10gb ethernet. turning multi-processing off doesn't have effect on pause.

if view task in task viewer, no cpu being used , adobe qt32 server.exe running. analyzing wait chain aerender.exe says thread waiting network i/o complete (i assume adobe qt32 server.exe, uses tcp talk quicktime). after 3 minutes, render continues (and goes blazingly quick, expected).

wtf?

how can around long, useless pause? there alternative h.264 output module doesn't use quicktime?

thanks in advance!

the flaw here:

this windows server 2012 box

adobe desktop programs not officially supported on server operating systems. whatever issues have due things local users vs. network users, disk quota, specific group policies or plain , simple process occupying or blocking same port qt server using. in case, nothing can figure out you. have sit down , work way through server's administration tools, turn off stuff, change user permissions. check event logs conflicting processes or use tools sysinternals' process monitor or wireshark track down port collisions , otehr problems.
