I created a form for our band parents to fill out. How are they able to save the forms as pdfs?

i created form our band parents fill out.  how able save forms pdfs , able go , view them?  see save submission-enabled pdf on distribution page there no option when go in first page of form save.

if distributing pdf using save submission enabled pdf option, respondents can save using adobe reader. save other file - file menu -> save (or save icon on toolbar).
