iPad video scrolling issue

i recorded software demo company's web abbplication.  during recording, necessary scroll or down , captivate captured action.  in published video, when viewed on ipad, video stops or studders briefly every time 1 of scroll actions occurs.  when viewing video in internet explore on pc, screen blinks during moments of scrolling.  why recorded scrolling motion cause this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
