keep having to install latest version of flash

...only have not working. tried uninstalling , re-installing. looks there, files there , yet still not work. whenever webpage requires flash tells me install latest version. have installed @ least 6 times. unable find solutions on here either.

 

verion mac leopard 10.7.5  on safari
