Lightroom 4.4 Update: Download problem

it took on 45 min. link website open page download product, have clicked download update has taken 30 min far , webpage showing not halfway loaded still have blank screen. other webpages loading quickly, , have tried seeing if closing down other pages helps load faster, hasn't seemed way. other pages on adobe website loading @ normal speed. using mac osx

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
