OSX Bridge crashes connecting to network drive

system  osx 10.8.3
creative suite cs5

 

bridge crashes when attempting connect windows 2008 network drive.the computer can connect , interact drive via finder, attempt through bridge particular drive completly crashes program. cs5 has been re-installed , updated. did attempt seom trouble shooting tips reset defaults , purge caches through bridge cs5/preferences/cache. after reinstallation, cache location stated in preferences panel not found via finder. provide screen capture better illustrate.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
