Problems running After Effects and Photoshop on Creative Cloud Subscription

i have had creative cloud number of months , have encountered problems. despite uninstalling , reinstalling software photoshop , after effects 3 times now, still getting warning messages on them. stopping me using photoshop altogether. have attached screenshots show problems having. after effects messages displaying 1 after other.

looks if software installation incomplete or corrupted.

uninstall cs cleaner tool.  download cloud , re-install.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
