Sharing an imported PDF via a link

i uploaded/imported acroform formcentral (fc) account, added submit button in fc , i'd share link file users access form, vs me having send them submission-enabled pdf version downloaded.

 

i thought there way share pdf via link, however, "copy fillable form link" button greyed out. understanding form uploaded fc account hosted on adobe server, why can't generate link can have others point - access form?  or option share direct links form web/html forms created within fc?

 

please advise.

the import acroform feature allows use form have authored, not requiring re-author in formscentral, collect data in formscentral , access features submission reciepts, notifications , reporting available allowing share access responses etc.  imported pdf not create html fillable form , not provide url form.

 

you can host form on website , create link download pdf there rather attaching pdf email, there no url provided formscentral.  how complex form?  re-create using our authoring?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
