Thread: Boot hangs for 60 seconds under 3.0.0-14-generic

recently installed xubuntu on lenovo x100e. after upgrade kernel 3.0.0-14 boot-process pauses 60 seconds (where did not under previous kernel).

it appears hang between ext4-fs , ureadahead. happens every boot under 3.0.0-14, not when switching previous kernel.

details: xubuntu 11.10 (lvm , gpt) on lenovo x100e intel 320 ssd.

don't know how solve this, , don't know logs in find more information!

i've noticed same thing while now. posting recent dmesg log file shows udevd appears take 60+ seconds boot, during time machine appears locked no hd or system activity.

should mention i've got lvm file system spanning couple of drives fun , excitement.
