Thread: [Dual Boot] How get two linux operating systems on one laptop?


so have ubuntu linux 10.4 on laptop right now, have linux version aswell on laptop, how can this?

imagine have use dual boot this, since have never done before asking help.

yep - dualboot or if have sufficient specs try virtual machines.

if want dualboot - backup

not sure want dualboot not sure if it's got partition editor tools - expect so.

resize current install partition allow enough space whatever want install, install partition.

generic advice - yet no real idea of have there deal

give output of

sudo fdisk -l

start.

hope ot dualboot - or expecting try more 1 os.
