Thread: Language Switcher problems

ever since fresh install month (11.10 x64) i've been having weird issues language settings.

use ibus switch between english , japanese ime.

now, seemingly @ random, ime switches between languages. happens mid-sentence, switching languages. there isn't specific keystroke combination sets off -- it's entirely random.

never happened before 11.10 or earlier versions. i'm not sure set off, ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
