i fixed major problem earlier networking give shot though didn't find in search it.

let friend of mine input few commands in terminal. wanted allow finish command memory once typing 1 or 2 letters , hitting 'tab'. allow me use terminal faster.

however, instead, upon leaving, , rebooting pc, not tab option not function, have short list of issues.

windows not open on terminal. no matter window click, terminal above them always. option close terminal hides behind terminal window, have move terminal find exit button.

cannot copy , paste from, or to, terminal longer.

guess main issues right now. thought there 1 more, except right not obvious me. friend not sure going on. can open tabs (like can open tabs in firefox) in terminal. option, not happening.

as far tabbed window in terminal, here's how-to:

right click on clear area inside terminal window, you'll see "open in tab" choice in menu.
