Thread: vnc on bootup and enableing vnc to interact

hey peoples once again.

did vnc tutorial on how make vnc load on boot seem dosent seem starting @ boot anymore, seemed have worked next 1 or 2 restarts , normal. involved adding boot script , giveing permissions exe.

when connect remote computer vnc seems not show of icons on screen neither of windows or tool bar, nor allow me interact other desktops. can run make programs run it.
when connect computer comes message saying "could not acquire name session bus" , message after that, not being able run unity in right envirment or like, cant remember last message because comes once.

thinking mabey because im using customised version of ubuntu.

os im using in pinguy , desktop envirment using in gnome 2 sadly dead

oh , in remote desktop have enabled the computer able control remote computer, + can see when connected

when see blank screen, 1 cant

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
