ADOBE AN ABSOLUTE DISCGRACE OF A COMPANY TAKING MORE MONEY THAN THEY SHOULD OFF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MON
i have been having major issues adobe creative cloud account. problem started when had normal subscription, upgraded team additional space. due changes in team reverted normal subscription 3 months later. had hoped update monthly subscription 1 subscription... no!! adobe said couldnt restart normal subscription , had start new one, did. tried cancel team subscription , every month have. yet every month still charged along new , old normal subscriptions. (3 cc payments per month)
i have tried cancelling adobe creative cloud subscrition 5 months. time , time again adobe keep saying cancelled , every month charged. have go through support , battle refunds , spend hours of time speaking overseas support operators going on same stupid things.
adobe support hopeless , have raised on 10 support cases sort , on 15 hours of time rectify situation. time , time again adobe escalate it, have fixed every month billed team on 8th of month billed 2 x normal subscriptions on 18th of every month.
it has got stage sick of support , need @ alternatives sort this. bank cant cancel because not direct debit or standing order. adobe has card details , lies them cancel it. option bank said can choose cancel cards.
adobe can please cancel adobe please. wish cancel have had enough.
