Advanced Action Captivate 6 Publishing Errors

when publish files captivate 6 on computer there advanced action doesn't work, when co-worker publishes same file works. thing can think @ point re-install captivate 6, unless hear of better solution. i'm running winows xp on 1 year old dell laptop 4 gb of ram. there no updates need captivate 6. advance action below.

• can try similar kind of action on new test project, , check whether works there?

 

• have tried copy , paste slides in new project of same resolution , publish?

 

• please try after recreating preferences also:

 

        location preferences folder on xp:

 

        windows xp:  c:\documents , settings\[user name]\local settings\application data\adobe\adobe captivate 6 folder

         close captivate first then,

        rename adobe captivate 6.0 adobe captivate 6.0_ old

        then, launch captivate.
