Broken links after Windows to Mac transfer

following backup , restore process move pse 11 on windows 7 pse 11 on mac (mt. lion) have broken links.  other catalog info intact (file name, captions, tags, etc.).  moved 6 catalogs...only 1 successful.

 

  background:  started pse 10 on windows 7...installed pse 11 , converted catalogs successfully.  used file, (full) process external drive move files , catalogs pse 11 on mac (10.8) using file, restore catalogs.  suspect issue may in portion of restore process allows choice between original location or new location...seems tried both.  adobe instructions in pse 11 offered step-by-step instructions didn't elaborate on location issue.  tried file, reconnect, reconnect files without success.

it sounds did right. works if delete moved photos , catalogs , second time. have no idea why is.
