cfpdf addwatermark issue

i have moved code new coldfusion 10 server (from coldfusion 9) , cfpdf not seem work properly.  inserting png file transparent background , backround rendered solid black on pdf.  have opacity set 10 foreground logo.

the strage thing nothing changed in code

been researching day , cant find on this

this real work stopper here,

i having same issue.

 

appears bug appeared either in coldfusion 9 or 10. alpha channel of argb image getting lost , replaced black when trying use cfpdf action="addwatermark"

 

did ever find solution or workaround?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
