Creative Cloud Ate My Archive

i've been storing archive on last few months on creative cloud.

 

april 26 last day saw several gigs' worth of files…since then, directories have remained intact, while fraction of 2 months' of work vanished thin air. i'm @ loss, , want know can done.

 

i have log files library, if helps. if don't files back, i'd know adobe going rectify situation.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
