Error upon publishing Captivate Project

i trying publish captivate (in captivate 6.0.1.240, mac) project both youtube , mp4 received following pop error message:

i have published videos (to youtube , in other formats). particular project longer others (about 8 minutes) , of odd ratio: 1101x752. (i noticed once previuosly when received same error trying publish project of ratio youtube, when adjusted ratio youtube preset, published. didn't try this video longer , adjustment distorted video useable.)

as resolution (w) in odd, why getting error.

please make of project (save same project different name on location) , click on modify > rescale projcet , change resolution 1100 * 752 or 1102 *752

 

then publish .mp4 , check 'force republish slides'

 

please try , reply.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
