Future of Single Edition

like many dps users, of clients looking take advantage of dps not have type of projects support full pro or enterprise investment. single edition coudpled creative cloud membership has been real dream company. question there plans expand functionality in future?

 

i undetstand why focus must on pro , enterprise versions. adobe needs make money off of , both systems great companies have ecosystem can support them. started time dps years ago company had pro account , fit glove. published 13 differnt pubs per month. when went out on own, found of new clients did not have type of monthly content support big systems. main problem using single edition inablilty have single, published piece of content on multiple devices. there plans in future on expanding types of devices single edition allow? understand pay , allowing clients publish me ipad becasue creative cloud member great. interested in paying fee allow them take single piece of content, whether catalog or children's book, , publishing iphone , android devices. business owner paying more possibility not affect me since pass along cost client. have shown interest in expanding these deivices, cost , functionality of pro , enterprise way overblown needs. never buy single piece of content, or few yearly projects. before creative cloud clients had no issues @ single edtion fee think 3-400 dollars. of them asked if pay more on more devices. had tell them no, though asking pay more.

 

for clients absolutely have have product on multiple devices have found myself having bring in developers build these apps scratch. fine costs more, takes longer, , frankly provides similar experiences dps provides. ability bring in html 5 , other web languages, can many things dps besides magazines. truely amazing , creative platform. again clients , have no problems paying type of functionality. understand adobe needs make money on , single edition not getting money folio downloads or big yearly renewal. if type of option availalbe think see major amount of growth , use of dps things other major publications.
