HELP - FTP Connection Error with Contribute 6.5

i downloaded , installed 30 day trial contribute 6.5 in order evaluate particular solution.

 

my environment:

os: windows 7 64bit

memory: 6.0gb

contribute ver: 6.5

hostinig provider: hostmysite.com

 

i connecting following website: http://dingosolutions.com/preschool/

 

i developed site in coldfusion using dreamweaver.  connect remote site via ftp in dreamweaver fine.  can connect connet , perform activities ws_ftp pro.  downloaded adobe contribute ftpserverchecker tool , able connect site (all successes).  since new contribute, conceed may doing wrong, therefore providing steps below:

 

  1. open connection wixard
  2. select website
  3. enter ftp information
  4. watch connection being tested
  5. enter remote path information
  6. watch tests , verifies site. error
    it appears trying traverse directory /c: , gets access denied.  shared hosting environment , not have access above webroot od /c:/websites/dingosolutions/.

welcome adobe forums.

 

however after reading logs looks not full permission (means read, write , execute) on root folder location.

 

please check permission , root folder name webhosting company where  website getting hosted.
