Help with Responsive Design of my Website

hey folks have been working on design of website quite while still having bugs responsive design.

 

my website

 

first of let me introduce website top 10 lists

 

it wordpress blog. theme using has not been designed myself have done modifications,

 

issue # 1 :-

 

the first issue seo, want develop , design jquery driven custom designed slider show latest posts website , want place @ above latest posts carousel. seo issue arises. although add nofollow attribute posts featured in slider still afraid severally leak out page rank due excessive inboubd links, if add slider , search on google website meta tag shows description of first post in slider instead of original meta description. can not control google wants show meta descrption of webpage if remove slider gives me original home meta description.

 

issue # 2:-

 

the second issue responsive design of theme using on blog, although specify specific width , height of images not resize according specified. not  choose between 3 sizes full size, medium size , thumbnail rather specifiy image dimesnions , work fine on default twenty twelve wordpress theme , other non reposnvie themes responsive design images neither show @ original dimensions nor @ specify. in pages want show same image size despite processing images uniform height , width in adobe photoshop show @ different sizes. example wanted show same image dimensions images in post unable www.toptenzbest.com/mobile-phones/top-10-best-mobile-phones-in-2013/

 

issue # 3:-

 

the third issue size of page, page heavy although have compressed images website not open on mobile handsets without proper opera or mozilla mobile application installed. site works fine opera shows error on symbian handsets without option of installing apps. there technique allow website open on such outdated handsets.

 

your advices appreciated thanks. want ask if tthe theme using not seo friendly because finding hard rank higher in google although depends on variety of factors suppose theme not friendly search engine spiders.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
