Horizontal shifts between dropdown pages and parents

i have noticed horizontal shift when going dropdown page bact parent page. seem happen on dropdowns. when clicking between parents, no shift. when clicking between children, no shift. shifting between parents , children only. i'm 99% positive caused public release. website is: www.islandguymusic.com , published via ftp upload. there version same address published http://islandguymusic.businesscatalyst.com/index.html site via "publish".

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
