How to draw a circle with fill

this easiest question you'll today, enjoy!!!

 

i'm trying create simple circle fill (yeah, know. easy). used ellipse tool , set fill blue. (below). problem fill doesn't fill way border , there gray border around it.

i really, want nice blue circle...... ask... ? (*sniff*)

that looks seeing path of ellipse.

 

if go paths panel can click below path in panel hide path.

 

what version of photoshop using?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
